Patio and Deck Border Using Planter Boxes & Grecian Urns

Patio and Deck Border Using Planter Boxes & Grecian Urns

If you don’t have a rail or edge built onto your deck or patio, you can always create the same effect, or go one better, using Unique Garden Planter Boxes and Grecian Urns.
Simply line the edges with matching garden planters, Grecian urns, simulating built-ins, or clusters or different sizes and shapes.
Just fill with a variety of plant life, including Tomatoes and Peppers and you have created a border and a fun garden you and friends can benefit from at the same time.

Just think of the possibilities here.

I personally, for instance, cut holes in my deck and inserted 18" Grecian Urns, for stability and the cool factor, and planted Tomatoes. Between each Grecian Urn, I placed a Planter Box with Peppers in them. I lined my entire deck this way, and got some of the best Vegetables I have ever grown, and I didn't have to deal with weeds or critters!....
It was great!

You could line the front porch with planter boxes with draping flowers in them, or place a Grecian Urn on both sides of the porch posts and plant a tall flower in the center with a draping flower around the edge, and the effect you get is gorgeous.

Spring is right around the corner and you can get as creative as you want with the right flower, and Planter combo this year. Don't forget about Statuary, Engraved Stones, and Fairy Houses! So come on..... Get Planning!
